Agreement and Eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and Dieu Buhendwa, the independent operator of MyConditionIQ. By using MyConditionIQ, you confirm that you can enter a binding agreement and will comply with these Terms and applicable law.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use vehicle evidence to support a transaction decision.
Accounts and Garage
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Garage entries and vehicle relationships are self-reported and do not prove ownership, authority, title, or custody.
You may use MyConditionIQ for lawful personal research. You may not impersonate others, manipulate records, scrape or bulk-extract the service, evade access controls, introduce malware, or interfere with other users.
Vehicle Evidence and Platform Role
MyConditionIQ organizes available vehicle identity and condition evidence from third-party and member sources. Evidence may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or limited to observations made at a particular time. A search does not guarantee that any report exists.
MyConditionIQ does not perform or independently verify PPIs. It is not a warranty, title report, recall check, safety certification, insurance policy, appraisal, or substitute for an independent inspection and professional judgment. Independently confirm identity, title, ownership, recalls, mileage, condition, price, and transaction terms.
Third-Party Sources
Provider-hosted records and third-party links remain governed by their source terms and privacy practices. A link, source label, or indexed record does not mean MyConditionIQ performed, verified, endorsed, or guarantees the underlying inspection or provider.
We may preserve source metadata, decline to infer unavailable findings, remove unlawful content, or restrict access when needed to protect users and record integrity.
Availability and Disclaimers
MyConditionIQ is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, currentness, safety conclusions, or roadworthiness represented by third-party PPI evidence. Features and sources may change, and the service may experience interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dieu Buhendwa and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, or losses arising from a vehicle transaction or third-party conduct.
Disputes and Contact
Before filing a formal claim, email support@myconditioniq.com with a description of the issue and requested resolution. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.
